Lawn/Yard Crew Supervisor
Location: Chesterfield County, SC
Reports To: Pageland Day Program Coordinator / Hab Manager
CHESCO Services is hiring a Yard Crew Supervisor to support and supervise individuals with disabilities on our lawn crew. This role ensures safety, teaches work skills, and oversees lawn care projects in the community. Work environment involves both indoor, outdoor, and other assigned work as needed.

The Yard Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting individuals on the lawn crew as they complete outdoor work in the community. This role ensures safety, provides hands-on training, and supports consumers in developing skills while maintaining program goals and agency standards.

About the Role
The Yard Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting individuals on the lawn crew as they complete outdoor work in the community. This role ensures safety, provides hands-on training, and supports consumers in developing skills while maintaining program goals and agency standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) and annual TB test required.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to drive vehicles up to 15 passengers.
- Lawn care and supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Supervise, transport, and assist consumers on the yard crew during outdoor and indoor assignments.
- Ensure safety, accountability, and appropriate behavior of all crew members.
- Provide direct care and training in work skills, social skills, and daily living skills.
- Document daily activities, progress, incidents, and behavior reports as required.
- Maintain and monitor yard tools, vehicles, and equipment for safe operation.
