Business Manager
(Full-time first shift with additional hours as necessary)
The employee will oversee the organization's financial operations and ensure long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, purchasing requirements, reporting, audits, and compliance. The position also supervises staff inn Accounts Payable, Payroll, HUD, and Consumer Funds. The Business Manager will also serve as a liaison with banks, auditors, and software vendors while supporting agency-wide strategic goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience. Strong Leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Key duties include managing cash flow, coordinating audits, maintaining insurance and asset records, and ensuring accurate billing and reporting.
