Benefits Coordinator/Incident Management Coordinator/Investigator Full-time

CHESCO Services is accepting applications and/or letters requesting a transfer for the following position:
Benefits Coordinator/Incident Management Coordinator (Full-time) (Pee Dee Area) 
Development and implementation of a county based nonprofit organization agency for all families with SCDDSN eligible family members.  
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in administration or human services field; two years experience in a human services field; preferably intellectual disabilities.

Under supervison of the Director of Human Resources, is responsible for facilitating agency benefits for employees. Includes keying benefit elections, changes, and ensuring deductions are correct. Essential in safeguarding the rights and welfare of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Ensures that investigations are thorough, well documented, timely and compliant with all regulations. Contributes to the continuous improvement of incident management process.  Investigates and compiles reports for critical incidents and abuse/neglect/exploitation cases.

Acquire and maintain required agency certifications.  Subject to annual TB test. Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
