Property and Maintenance Manager -Full time - Pee Dee Area Chesterfield County

- Associates degree as well as minimum of 3 years experience in a related field preferred. Proficiency in basic comptuer skills. Must be organized ad capable of handling multple projects at once.
- Subject to annual TB test. Valid Driver's license from state of residence and ability to operate motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less.
Full-time firest shift Monday-Friday position with office located in Chesterfield, SC. On-call duty as needed. Coordinates and spuervises all aspects of agency property and vehicle maintenance. Performs regular inspections, maintains files and reports, submits invoices, and facility purchases of new agency vehicles as well as maintenance of existing fleet.
Physical Abilities Include:
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing,writing, reading, communication, counting, running, and smelling.
Physical Requirements Include:
Very heaving lifting with assistance visual acuity must be accurate to write and read small print and record data. A worker is subject to both indoor and outdoor environments and maybe subject to temperature extremes of heat and cold for short time periods. The worker is subject to noise and hazards including the possibility of physical assault, property destruction, and infections. The worker is subject to wear protective clothing to prevent exposure to infection.
